1. Booking Policy
All tour bookings must be made through our website, email, WhatsApp, or authorized representatives. A booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message and/or payment acknowledgment from Taj Mahal Luxury Trip.
- An advance deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
- Tour details such as pickup time, itinerary, and contact information will be shared prior to departure.
- Guests must carry valid government-issued identification during the tour.
2. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or cash, subject to prior agreement. Payment conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
- International travelers must use approved payment gateways or wire transfers.
- The complete tour amount must be paid before the commencement of the tour.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case of cancellation by the guest, the following refund policy will apply:
- 30 days or more before the tour date – 100% refund
- 15 to 29 days before the tour date – 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before the tour date – No refund
- No-show or early termination of the tour – No refund
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. Any bank or transaction fees will be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Changes and Modifications
Taj Mahal Luxury Trip reserves the right to amend itineraries due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, strikes, government regulations, or availability issues. Suitable alternatives will be provided wherever possible.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly advise all travelers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance. Taj Mahal Luxury Trip shall not be responsible for any medical emergencies, loss, theft, delays, or unforeseen incidents during the tour.
6. Responsibilities of the Guest
Guests are responsible for:
- Providing correct personal and travel information
- Following tour schedules and guide instructions
- Respecting local traditions, culture, and laws
- Carrying valid travel documents such as passport, visa, and ID
7. Limitation of Liability
Taj Mahal Luxury Trip shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including flight delays, missed connections, lost belongings, or personal injury. Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the booked tour.
8. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, government actions, or travel restrictions.
9. Third-Party Services
Certain services may be provided by third-party suppliers such as hotels, transport providers, or guides. Taj Mahal Luxury Trip is not responsible for their performance, though we carefully select trusted partners.
10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
